Shipping Terms
Of course, we will inform you about the shipping process by e-mail in the form of a shipping confirmation. This contains the tracking number with which you can place your order online on the DHL website www.dhl.de can track.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany:
We calculate no Shippingcosts within Germany.
If you want to send the goods back, you bear the shipping costs.
Shipping costs for deliveries to other EU countries:
We calculate the shipping costs regardless of the order value to other EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden flat rate as follows:
15.00 euros including VAT per total order.
Shipping costs for deliveries to non-EU countries:
We calculate the shipping costs regardless of the order value to non-EU countries:
Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Republic of Moldova, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine, Vatican City flat rate as follows:
20.00 euros including VAT per total order.
Shipping costs for deliveries worldwide to the countries not listed above:
We calculate the shipping costs regardless of the order value to the countries not listed above as follows:
45.00 euros including VAT per total order.
However, we urgently ask you to leave your telephone number when entering your address, as this information is required by DHL. In order to ensure smooth customs clearance, we put important documents such as the customs declaration and a duplicate invoice on the shipping carton. Please note that deliveries to Switzerland* and other countries outside the European Union incur additional customs duties and fees (e.g. import sales tax). These costs are to be borne in full by the customer.
For deliveries to Switzerland, DHL Express (Switzerland) AG will also charge the following:
- 8% VAT (Switzerland) on the invoice amount (note the daily exchange rate)
- Customs clearance fees (Currently CHF 19.50 for DHL)

In the event that the ordered goods are retained in whole or in part, please provide us with the import documents, in which case we will be happy to reimburse the German VAT for these items.

If you work on weekdays before If you place an order in our online shop before 3 p.m., we can, depending on your choice of payment method, send your package on the same day.
However, order on weekdays after 3 p.m., at the weekend or on public holidays, we can only hand over your package to the parcel service on the next working day.
With our logistics partner DHL, we send all packages worldwide to the delivery address you specify. If your desired items are in stock, they will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. We hand over all paid orders to DHL on weekdays by 3:00 p.m. on the same day. We will of course inform you about this process by e-mail in the form of a shipping confirmation. This contains the tracking number with which you can place your order online on the DHL website www.dhl.de can track. DHL tries to deliver your package once during the day from Monday to Saturday. You must confirm acceptance of the package with your signature.
