Shipping Policy
Goods are shipped within Germany, within the European Union, and abroad via DHL to the address that you provided.
We will naturally send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail when the package is shipped. This notification will contain the tracking number, with which you can track your package on DHL's website at www.dhl.de.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany:
Shipping in Germany is free. All items will be sent to you via DHL, well packed.
Shipping costs for shipments within the European Union and abroad
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate as follows: Flat rate 15.00 Euros per total order, including VAT. When entering your address, you must include your telephone number, which is required by DHL. In order to ensure that customs are cleared smoothly, we will attach important documents to the shipping carton such as the customs declaration and a duplicate invoice. Please note that deliveries to Switzerland and other countries outside the European Union are subject to additional customs duties and fees (e.g., turnover tax on imports). In case that some or all ordered items are kept we will reimburse the amount of the German VAT for these items on receipt of the custom’s documents.
Shipping time
If you order on business days before 3 PM in our online shop, depending on your choice of payment type, we can ship your package on the same day.
If on the other hand you order on business days after 3 PM, on the weekend, or on holidays, we will not be able to transfer your package to the shipping service until the next business day.
If you have selected advance payment as the payment type, your order will be shipped after we have received the invoiced amount in our account. Please note that, depending on the banking institution, the funds transfer can take from 2 to 4 days. Until then, the items in your order will be reserved for you. After payment is received, the goods will be immediately shipped to you. KNOCKKNOK-FASHION will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail to confirm that the goods have shipped. Your package will be delivered during the day from Monday through Saturday.
Unless a different time frame is specified in the item description, delivery within Germany by Standard DHL occurs within 2-5 business days; the shipping time for shipments abroad is 5-14 days. Note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and official holidays. Complete payment for the goods purchased must be received in our business account within 10 days of the date of the order. If the goods are not paid in full on the 11th day, the contract shall be deemed as not having been concluded, and KNOCKKNOK is thus entitled to ship the goods to other customers.
With our logistics partner DHL, we can send packages worldwide to the delivery address that you specify. If your desired items are in stock, they will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. On business days, we offer same day shipping via DHL for all orders paid by 3:00 PM. You will naturally be notified when the package ships with a shipping confirmation e-mail. This notification will contain the tracking number, with which you can track your package on DHL's website at www.dhl.com. DHL will attempt to deliver your package during the day once per day from Monday through Saturday. Your signature will be required to confirm acceptance of the package.
